The Saddletree Homeowners Association held their annual meeting in January. The 2010 Board of Directors were elected as follows:

President – Bev Williamson
Vice President – Austin Miller
Secretary – Lorna Jackson
Treasurer – Dale Stevens
Member at Large – Ginny Brandau

2010 Status of Dues

Payment of dues should be made no later than May 1st. We have also received payments from 23 affiliate members. Dues payment should be sent to SaddleTree HOA at P.O. Box 798, Huntsville, AL 35804. Payments can also be placed in the mailbox labeled "SaddleTree" located beside the bridge entrance at Spicewood. To avoid additional legal fees for collection, dues are to be paid no later than May 1 of each year.

Upcoming Events

Clean-up Day, Saturday, May 15 @ 9:00 a.m. in the Common Area between Spicewood and Rosalie Ridge. Rain Date: Friday, May 21

Neighborhood Garage Sale - Saturday, June 5 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.- Please call Winnie Sewell no later than May 29 if you would like to participate. Leave a voicemail if no one answers and provide your name, address, and telephone number.
